Meet the Executive Director

Hello All!

I want to personally thank you for your interest in CASA! I am honored to be serving as the Executive Director of CASA of Clark & Pike Counties. It has been my lifelong dream to work with children in need. I graduated from a small high school in Southwest Arkansas and received my bachelor's degree in Human Services at Henderson State University. After graduation, I pursued my passion for children and families by working as a Family Service Worker for the Department of Human Services' Division of Children and Family Services in both Pike and Clark Counties. During my time as a Family Service Worker, I was blessed to work with a wonderful team of CASA Advocates and Staff. These individuals inspired me and touched my heart. In August 2016, I was hired to become a part of that team!

I am excited to start my new role with CASA. Our program's mission is "to speak for the best interest of abused and neglected children in court. We promote and support quality volunteer representation for children, to provide each child a safe, permanent home." That is truly what we want for every child that enteres the confusing, scary world of foster care.

With the hard work and loving hearts of our advocates and board members as well as the support of our communities, our program has been serving children for over sixteen years! It's our goal to grow our program until we can serve EVERY child that passes through foster care in Clark and Pike Counties.

As the Executive Director, I provide quality training opprotunities and support to ensure that our advocate volunteers are well equipped to speak for the best interest of the children we serve. We have been honored to have guest speakers to heighten our understanding which in turn, strengthens our advocacy.

My prayer is that through the work of CASA, we will not only positively impact the lives of OUR foster children for a time, but for a lifetime!

Sincerely,

Stephanie Hrabal, Executive Director
